Dennis Okello is also known as “Orlando” at Raising Voices where he works as a Technical Advisor with the Learning Team. He inspires leadership and jointly coordinates the implementation of Raising Voices’ Learning Strategy. Dennis holds a Post Graduate Diploma in M&E from Uganda Management Institute, a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Statistics from Kyambogo University and has earned a variety of MEAL certificates. Dennis has extensive experience on M&E for violence against women prevention programming including roles as National Project Coordinator for the Sustainability of GBV Shelters for Effective Prevention and Response to GBV in Uganda funded by the UN Agencies, as  the M&E Coordinator & Technical Programme Coordinator on the Support to Uganda’s Response to Gender Equality (SURGE) Programme, and as a M&E Officer for GBV shelters at ActionAid International Uganda. Dennis is a personality development trainer and loves bringing out the best in people and teams. He has great passion for swimming and music and he plays guitar and the keyboard. He is fun to be around, loves making jokes and brings fun and laughter to everything he does.
