Much as Hedwig works in the finance section, to her this profession has never been solely about figures; it's about the people and the values behind them. In her daily work, whether managing figures or collaborating with partners, she strives to remain simple, humble, and honest in her approach, treating every dollar as though it belongs to someone who has placed their trust in her. Hedwig is a good listener and believes everyone can learn if given a chance. Hedwig found her long-term home when she joined the Raising Voices family.
